The MeMinder 4.0 system represents a contemporary and user-friendly solution designed to support individuals facing challenges with executive functioning, intellectual disabilities, Down syndrome, autism, traumatic brain injuries, and dementia.

Users of MeMinder 4.0 can receive daily task prompts in a variety of formats tailored to their unique needs, including recorded audio, spoken text, images-only, video instructions, and step-by-step sequences. This multifaceted approach aims to:

<li>Deliver instructions that accommodate specific levels of disability.</li>
<li>Provide guidance tailored to the complexity of each task.</li>
<li>Facilitate a gradual decrease in human support, fostering greater independence.</li>
<li>Ensure accessibility without requiring internet connectivity.</li>

The application integrates smoothly with the CreateAbility secure cloud platform, offering stakeholders such as caregivers, parents, educators, support professionals, vocational rehabilitation counselors, job coaches, and supervisors the capacity to:

<li>Create and customize individual tasks within the app for each user, with automatic cloud storage and direct download to the user's device.</li>
<li>Edit existing tasks, remove unnecessary prompts, and adjust task order as needed.</li>
<li>Monitor user progress and setbacks in a manner that is respectful and non-intrusive.</li>
<li>Extract relevant data for reporting purposes to inform ongoing support strategies.</li>
